We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive sales management, strong leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee the entire used car sales process, optimise inventory turnover, and drive revenue growth within a reputable dealership. Responsibilities
As the Used Car Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department, ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. You will lead, coach, and motivate your sales team to maximise performance and productivity, while developing strategies that enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing B2B sales channels, building and maintaining strong relationships with fleet and corporate clients, and ensuring the effective use of CRM systems to track leads, monitor customer interactions, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and pricing records, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations, and upholding a high level of customer service and communication. In collaboration with the finance department, you will facilitate smooth transaction processes and support promotional campaigns designed to increase footfall and brand visibility

Experience and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry or a closely related field. A strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, negotiation, and effective team leadership. Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems is important, as are excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Multilingual abilities will be highly regarded and beneficial for serving a diverse customer base.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission structure. Commission will be paid for each vehicle sold, with additional commission provided for the sale of finance and warranty products. Performance-based bonuses are also available for achieving department sales and profitability goals. Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
