We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing initiatives, managing digital channels, analysing performance metrics, and driving brand growth across various platforms. Role: Marketing Manager — Elevate Dental Academy

Objective:

Drive consistent lead flow, optimize ad ROI, and automate follow-up systems for all Elevate Dental Academy programs (mentorships, diplomas, one-day and two-day courses).

Core Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Management

Facebook & Instagram Ads

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns for webinars, courses, and lead magnets.
  • Manage budgets, split tests (creatives, copy, audiences), and track CPL, CPA, and ROI.
  • Maintain ad library and report weekly results (CPL, CTR, conversions).

Google Ads

  • Set up and optimize Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Manage negative keywords, ad extensions, and conversion tracking.
  • Coordinate with analytics dashboards (Looker Studio / GHL reporting).

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & CRM

  • Create and maintain pipelines for Leads → Bookings → Enrollments.

  • Automate workflows: lead follow-up, reminders, confirmation emails, WhatsApp/ SMS drips.
  • Tag and segment leads by source, interest, and status.
  • Integrate Facebook & Google Ads via API to track conversions and ROI.
  • Maintain dashboards for:
  • Cost per lead / booking / enrollment
  • Source performance (FB, Google, organic)
  • Revenue attribution

  • Content & Funnel Alignment

  • Collaborate with design/videography team to create ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets.

  • Maintain GHL landing pages, thank-you pages, and checkout flows.
  • A/B test funnels (headlines, forms, CTA copy).
  • Sync campaigns with webinar schedules and email automations.

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Weekly KPI sheet: Leads, CPL, CPA, Bookings, Enrollments, ROI.

  • Monitor and improve funnel conversion rates (lead → call → sale).
  • Report insights and recommendations to founders (Gaurav & Nadia).

  • Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with:

  • VA/Call Center: to ensure lead follow-up within 5 minutes.
  • Videographer: for creative production.
  • Ops Manager: for scheduling webinars and tracking enrollments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including SEO optimisation, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media management.
  • Manage and oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to website management using WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimised for search engines.
  • Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Create compelling copy for digital content, including blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and training to optimise team performance.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns and monitor expenditure to ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing technology and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of industry developments.

Experience

  • Proven experience in management within a digital marketing environment, ideally in B2C or B2B marketing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content alongside WordPress for website management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced organisational skills coupled with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
