Community Care Worker - Doncaster
Clemence Rogers Home Care is a premium independent care provider in Doncaster. All our carer's are professionally trained in care and first aid to Government National Care Standards for the Care Industry and are dedicated to providing assistance and support to enable our service users to remain at home rather than enter residential care. Our support is tailored to the individual needs of the service user and the requirements of their family. We aim to assist anyone who needs our help
Experience is not necessary as we provide full training and shadowing. All you need is a desire to help and support people to stay in their own homes.
Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
