Do you enjoy making people's day with a smile and a great cup of coffee? We're looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team If you love great coffee, delicious pastries, and creating a welcoming environment for customers, this might be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and serve customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Take orders, handle payments, and prepare coffee and other drinks.
  • Keep the front of house clean, organised, and looking its best.
  • Share your knowledge of our menu, making recommendations to customers.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Help create an inviting atmosphere where customers feel at home.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle busy periods with ease.
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or similar setting is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
