**Job Description: Front of House Team Member**

**Location**: The Red Lion, Plawsworth
**Position**: Front of House Team Member
**Salary**: National Minimum Wage (with pay rise opportunities based on performance and service time)
**Starting Date**: Immediate

**About Us**:
The Red Lion Plawsworth is embarking on an exciting new adventure, and we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our team. As a key part of our friendly and dynamic front-of-house team, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests and uphold the highest standards of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests
- Take orders efficiently and serve food and beverages with care and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests or concerns
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Assist with setting up, clearing, and cleaning dining areas

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years old or above
- A passion for excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required—training will be provided
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Pay: £11.44-£12.21 per hour
