**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a young figure to assist our experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office, support various administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.

  • Perform data entry roles

  • Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment, to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Create and book travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company needs.

  • Maintain office equipment like copiers and fax machines for smooth office functionality.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Working Hours:**
