Are you a dedicated and organised individual ready to contribute to our school's success?

We're seeking a talented Casual Community Lettings Assistant to join our team at Lift Kingsley.

As a Casual Community Lettings Assistant, you will:

• To provide high-quality customer service and support for all facility hirers, following lettings procedures and completing related tasks.
• Work independently: Demonstrate initiative and self-sufficiency.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and organised: Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communicator: Can effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and adaptable: Can work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about education: Shares our commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
