areas, working with a strong brand and supportive team behind you. We're not looking for someone to manage the day-to-day running of the office — this role is all about valuations, building relationships, and securing new instructions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Lister located in London. The Lettings Lister will be responsible for listing properties for rent, conducting property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, managing inquiries, and negotiating rental agreements. The role also involves preparing marketing materials for listings, providing market advice, and ensuring a seamless letting process for all parties involved.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property listing, market analysis, and rental agreement negotiation
  • Proficiency in conducting property viewings and client liaison
  • Ability to prepare appealing marketing materials and manage inquiries
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the London property market is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
