Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated
Application Support Specialist
to focus on provisioning and onboarding in the exciting worlds of SaaS, fintech, and payments.
About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their customers have a smooth onboarding experience. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and communication. This is your chance to shine in a dynamic environment where your technical skills will be put to good use
What You'll Do:
- Customer Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. - Technical Support:
Provide top-notch technical support, troubleshooting issues related to configurations, routing, and mapping. - API Mastery:
Utilise tools like Postman and Splunk to review API requests/responses and validate behaviours in test environments. - Project Management:
Organise and prioritise multiple onboarding projects, adapting to varying customer technical requirements and timelines. - Documentation:
Capture error details and create documentation to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
Who You Are:
- Experienced:
You have hands-on experience in technical support, preferably in payments or fintech. - Tech-Savvy:
You are confident with API tools (Postman), REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and have experience with sandbox testing.
