  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
  • Experience in menu development and food production planning
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with serving knowledge within hospitality environments
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management
