The Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting three change managers across England and Wales. Please note that all three positions are temporary months).
About the Crown Prosecution Service
At the Crown Prosecution Service, we are responsible for delivering justice through the independent and effective prosecution of crime. As the principal prosecuting authority across England and Wales, the nature and diversity of cases we advise on and prosecute means our work is often emotionally challenging and complex. About the role
As a change manager you lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of change initiatives across the organisation. You work with stakeholders to ensure that change is managed effectively, and potential risks are identified and prevented. You are responsible for driving continuous improvement and embedding new ways of working to achieve organisational objectives.
About you
We're looking for someone with proven experience in leading and delivering organisational change, with the ability to effectively manage risks and issues. A recognised qualification in change management or project management is essential.
