To create real value for their customers, the new EMEAI region is currently on an exciting journey of change and growth which includes investing heavily in the service function such as recruiting a new management team, building new service centres as well as introducing new digital technology offerings, however, there is still a long way to go to leave behind the simple break and fix model.

The new VP of Service will have complete autonomy to build and shape a dynamic and profitable services' business in the EMEAI region that will help maximise whole life revenues. The new VP will be accountable for the new services strategy and roadmap for the products with the help of their direct teams (including Service delivery, Service excellence, Technical Support Managers and Service Sales) who will be responsible for delivery.

In this role, the company is looking for someone with previous transformation experience who has the ambition and seniority to build a successful and impactful capital equipment service business. The wider group is fully committed to growing the services business in the EMEAI, so this is a unique opportunity to be given the autonomy to make a real difference, which for the right character, will give them a high profile within the corporation.

As the role covers the whole of the EMEAI region, there will be travel but it would be useful if the candidate resides in the UK or North/West Europe as this is where the majority of the company's presence is located.
