Role Overview

We are seeking a Front of House Assistant to be the first point of contact for all clients visiting the Vaughan showroom. This role plays a key part in delivering a warm, polished and professional welcome that reflects Vaughan's values and enhances our reputation for exceptional service. The role supports the wider Sales and Showroom teams in delivering an engaging, organised, and inspiring client experience, from entrance to exit.

  • This is a full time opportunity of 37.5 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday (with flexibility to support events)
  • Offering up to £28,000 per annum
  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in front-of-house, hospitality, customer service, or showroom environments is desirable
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging high-end clients
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • An interest or passion for interior design and a strong visual sensibility
  • A nature host - professional, approachable and client-focused
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative showroom environment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, events, or other showrooms as required
  • Be a team player with a willingness to support wherever needed
  • Take pride in presentation and creating a polished environment
