Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front of House team member located in London. In this role, you will welcome guests, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere. Day-to-day tasks include managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the front of house. You will play a key role in presenting the company's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
- Capability to deliver Presentations and effectively address guest needs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing roles is beneficial
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
