About the team:
The Financial Support Team are here to support our customers whenever they are experiencing financial difficulties. We focus on delivering good, tailored outcomes for customers who are struggling with their mortgage payments. We have a passion for doing the right thing for customers and ensuring that we fulfil all of our obligations.
What you will be doing?:
In this role, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Financial Support team. Ensuring that the daily activities within the Financial Support department are processed and administered correctly and in line with agreed SLAs.
In this supportive team, you will be empowered to drive your development, whilst having the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders within the department.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Dealing with and distribution of incoming and outgoing post and emails
- Working and dispatching letters on behalf of all Consultants within the department.
- Preparing invoices for approval.
- Debiting accounts with fees and charges.
- Preparing letters to Housing Associations and Solicitors regarding rent/service charge arrears.
- Making and responding to telephone calls to/from solicitors, Asset managers and Housing Associations, providing a polite, professional and accurate response
- Identifying requests/queries ensuring they are appropriately dealt with by other departments and referring them as appropriate.

- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Advanced skills in respect of organisation, prioritising and time management are essential.
- Intermediate skills in respect of Microsoft Word and Excel.
