Job Title: Night Shift Family Support Worker

Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Night shift Support Worker to join our team in a family assessment centre. As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals in need. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Provide practical and emotional support to families.

  • Observe daily tasks in person and via CCTV.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible care for Families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided.

Skills:

-Knowledge in parenting and have the ability to provide advise to parents around parenting following NHS guidelines.

- Previous experience working with children is essential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good use of computer skills.
