FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER
- To work in a family residential setting which accommodates families and parents with their children for 12 week parenting assessments to assess their parenting capacity. This could be due to a range of differing needs or risk factors such as, learning difficulties, mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse etc. Throughout the assessment we offer guidance, support and advice to assist them with their parenting and to enhance their knowledge and skills to foster positive parenting.
You will be required to undertake direct observations, monitoring of CCTV, supervision of families within the community and to make accurate recordings to assist with the assessment process.
Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
You will need be flexible and must be available to work night, evening and weekend shifts and have the desire to support and assist families to achieve better outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.15 per hour
