We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Head Sushi Chef to lead our sushi kitchen. As the Head Sushi Chef,you will play a central role in shaping the sushi menu,overseeing kitchen operations,and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for sushi,strong leadership skills,and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences,we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sushi menu,creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sushi kitchen,ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and inspire the sushi kitchen team,providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels,order supplies,and manage the freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure efficient sushi kitchen workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.
  • Strong sushi preparation skills and a track record of creating successful and creative sushi menus.
  • Exceptional organizational,communication,and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
