As a Department Manager in training you'll learn how to grow a dynamic business from day one. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to empower and develop your team; all to ensure that your local customers can get everything they need from your department to practice their favourite sports; and most importantly, they have an amazing shopping experience in the process. From day one, you'll learn all the ropes thanks to our hands on training programme. Each day you'll gain the confidence to nurture a team of sales assistants in order to grow your business within your local catchment.

Additional Information:
 

As a Department Manager in training you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends.
