Role Description

as a
Trainee Sales & Account Executive
, based in Poynton, Cheshire.

This is a
full-time, office and field-based role
, offering a mix of structured training, real-world experience, and—after your first year and qualification—some work hybrid flexibility.

As part of the global
InXpress APEX Initiative
, you'll join a dynamic cohort of 20+ trainees across the UK, learning every aspect of sales and account management—from lead generation (telesales and door-to-door) to full-cycle customer development and retention.

What We're Looking For

  • University graduate preferred (not essential)
  • 1+ year of experience in any direct sales role
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Confident, motivated, and outgoing personality
  • Positive attitude & a strong desire to be a sales professional

What We Offer

  • £30,000 Base with performance commission ( 7% in first year -10% after)

*based on lifetime residual margins

  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
