Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for the advertising of subscription services in international markets. You will sit on the Central Advertising team, who collectively work across all services and advertising functions with a performance-driven ethos. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including local marketing teams, global marketing, creative teams and our agency partners, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time. Success will be measured by your ability to drive acquisition, conversion, and engagement through marketing campaigns across paid media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and deliver global media strategies that are tightly aligned with commercial objectives, driving measurable impact across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Accelerate business growth by leveraging paid media to attract high-value users, deepen customer relationships, and reduce churn across diverse markets.
Partner with leading agency teams to oversee campaign execution, embed continuous optimisations, and ensure best-in-class performance across platforms.
Influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling communications - translating complex data into actionable insights, strategic learnings, and forward-looking recommendations.
Champion innovation and experimentation, leading a robust test-and-learn agenda to unlock new growth opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Act as a strategic marketing leader, bringing creativity, commercial acumen, and a global mindset to every initiative.
Qualifications + Skills
Strong experience of leading global, multi-market advertising campaigns for subscription-based businesses with proven success.
Expert in managing media agencies and aligning cross-market strategies to drive performance.
Data-driven strategist with a strong analytical mindset and a focus on actionable insights.
Specialist in Search, Programmatic and Paid Social, with hands-on execution and innovation experience.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
