Business Development Manager

An award winning rapidly expanding HR SaaS provider is looking for a German speaker (ideally native / at least business fluent) to sell their range of talent assessment and psychrometric profiling tools to the DACH region based from their Reading office.
The Role:
As a new focused business development executive you will be responsible for selling a range of psychrometric / talent assessment solutions diverse range of customers including recruitment companies, financial services, travel companies through to general SME's and corporate companies in DACH region. You will be prospecting and setting up initial demo's (WeBeX) of the system through to assisting your prospects through what offering would suit their business needs the most. Then once on board you would be responsible for driving revenue growth from within the accounts you bring on.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful new business focused sales professional (BDE /AE / BDM) who can speak German (fluent / native). Any exposure to psychometrics / talent assessment, learning and development or selling in to the HR professionals would be advantageous however not essential as full training is provided and they are more focused on having business development executives that are hungry, motivated and wanted to take advantage of the aggressive accelerator they have in place for over achievers. They have also had success in the past with people from recruitment, media, software etc. in particular if they have had formal training in sales process such as MEDDIC, BANT etc
