Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced
Factoring & Invoice Finance Operations Executive
to join their operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service.

The Role

The Factoring & Invoice Finance Operations Executive will support the full operational lifecycle of invoice finance and factoring transactions — from client onboarding through to disbursement, reconciliation, and collections. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage invoice finance and factoring transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Support client onboarding, including document checks, KYC verification, and credit control.
  • Monitor debtor payments, reconciliations, and collections activity.
  • Verify invoice submissions and supporting documentation in line with company policy.
  • Maintain operational records, audit trails, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or payment issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Finance, and Tech) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Assist with reporting, system updates, and process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide excellent client service through clear communication and proactive support.

About You

  • Proven experience within
    invoice finance and factoring
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end factoring processes, reconciliations, and payment cycles.
  • High attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with technology and financial platforms — fintech or digital lending experience advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Bonus:
