As our Senior Finance Executive, you'll be at the center of our finance operations, working closely with the Head of Finance. From preparing monthly management accounts to reconciling transactions and supporting audits, you will help ensure our financial reporting is accurate and our operations run seamlessly.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow established processes but actively looks for ways to improve them. In our flat-structured organisation, responsibilities shift and grow with the business — so curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine drive to contribute will set you up for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

·       Prepare monthly Management Accounts for UK and Bahamas entities

·       Oversee invoice processing, cost reviews, and ensure timely supplier payments

·       Process and reconcile client deposits and withdrawals in compliance with internal policies and regulations

·       Perform data reconciliations across multiple sources

·       Support external audits for UK and Bahamas operations

·       Handle bookkeeping entries, payment processing, and financial reporting

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up to date

·       Jump in on other finance-related tasks when needed

We believe you have:

·       A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

·       Relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within financial services or investment sectors

·       A solid understanding of capital markets, OTC derivatives, and complex revenue structures

·       Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

·       Working knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platforms is a big plus
