Digital and Content Manager

Energy company is seeking a dynamic Digital and Content Manager to lead the charge on their award-winning website and drive digital excellence across its communications team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the online presence of a global energy company and lead narrative vision across several business units.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage website, ensuring it reflects brand, strategy, and latest projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging, high-performing digital content.
- Monitor and improve site performance, usability, SEO, and conversion.
- Lead keyword strategy and drive organic and paid traffic growth.
- Manage relationships with digital agency and internal IT teams.
- Ensure website security, governance, and compliance with best practices.
- Create and support visual content using tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Contribute to photography and videography for internal and external campaigns.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and digital tools (e.g., Siteimprove, GA, AdWords, Matomo).
- Strong content creation skills using Canva, Adobe, and social video editing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Hybrid working is 2 days on site in London office.
