Job Summary
We are a small but growing online retail business based in Shenfield looking for an experienced and meticulous Office Administrator (ideally with e-commerce / or retail admin experience), to help manage the day-to-day running of the business, support general office operations, and improve overall efficiency.
This role requires a genuinely detail-focused person as you will play an important role in ensuring orders, records, invoices and stock are managed perfectly every time. It's a varied, hands on position combining order administration, general office support, some order packing, along with customer support and the possibility of managing some website product content.
About You
Proven experience in office or order administration
Accuracy and organisation are second nature to you
Confident with Excel, online order systems, and digital record-keeping
Excellent written communication skills and customer service focus
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own workload
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 19.5 per week
Work Location: In person
