Are you an experienced Scheduling Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can utilise your organisational skills? Look no further, as our client, a well-established property management business based in Great Warley, is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the company. Your main responsibilities will include responding to client call out requests within SLAs, organising the engineer's diary, processing service sheets, and following up with clients for outstanding quotes.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and time-management skills. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be checking against purchase orders, updating the system and relevant paperwork, scanning documentation, and preparing information on jobs completed daily. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders for materials required and preparing paperwork for invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to client call out requests within SLAs
Organising the engineer's diary, daily and weekly
Processing the engineer's service sheets
Following up with clients for outstanding quotes and logging completion
Checking against purchase orders and updating relevant paperwork
Scanning documentation and uploading on the system
Preparing information on jobs completed daily
Updating sub-contractor contract forms
Processing quotes for clients
Producing correspondence and certificates for clients
Raising purchase orders for approved quotes
Setting up files and manuals for new clients
Processing weekly reports and preparing for invoicing
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Scheduling Administrator or in a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and software
