We currently have an opportunity for a Centre Host to join our award-winning Audi Centre.

As a key customer facing role you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and establishing their needs, putting them in contact with the appropriate team members
  • Hosting customers while they are in the showroom reception area, offering refreshments and other services we provide such as the gym and salon
  • Ensuring the showroom and facilities remain clean and tidy
  • Answering the inbound calls for Poole Audi and managing the switchboard

The ideal candidate will be extremely well presented with a friendly manner and experience in a premium customer service market and call handling. A uniform will be provided.

Saturday working 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Sunday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
