- Assist customers with product enquiries, purchases, and valuations
- Maintain a tidy, organised sales floor and ensure stock is presented effectively
- Support day-to-day store operations, including testing and preparing items for sale
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold store standards
About You:
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills
- Good working knowledge of technology, including phones, computers, gaming consoles and related devices
- A genuine interest in the diverse range of items we sell
- Honest, dependable, and able to work well as part of a small team
- Willing to learn and able to handle a fast-paced retail environment
