Bathroom Sales

We are a well-established, family-owned independent builders merchant looking for a Bathroom Sales & Design Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about design. No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided. If you have great people skills and an eye for detail, we’ll teach you the rest

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in the bathroom showroom, helping them with product choices and design ideas
- Support with day-to-day tasks and customer enquiries
- Learn to use CAD software to create bathroom layouts and designs (full training given)
- Prepare customer quotes and manage basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing showroom
- Work with the wider team to help achieve sales targets

**Requirements**:

- A friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in home improvement and design
- Willingness to learn new skills, including CAD design software
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and attention to detail
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
