A Bit About What You Will Do...
The Breakfast F&B Supervisors on our team assist the F&B Manager with the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets, prioritising the breakfast shift. They lead by example and encourage the team to embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered.

  • Committed to early 5:30 am starts
  • Managing a team through busy buffet & a la carte breakfast shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Able to work in all areas of F &B outlets.
  • Carry out stock taking.
  • Assist with training employees.

  • Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Strong knowledge and experience with high volume buffet & a la carte breakfast shifts
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to take initiative.
  • Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • 4-star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
