PE Global is currently recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Website Manager for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Basingstoke.

This is an initial 12 months contract position working hybrid 2 days from home and 3 in the office.

Pay rate between £ £39.57 per hour depending on experience.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of ensuring that the company shows up in a way that is engaging, informative, relevant, intuitive, useful and supportive for the consumer.
  • Partner with other functions within the business to ensure that the website has the latest, most relevant and effective content for all areas of the business. The remit of this role is across the Northern European Hub, which includes UK & Nordic markets.
  • Develop the website strategy and roadmap/plan for the Northern European Hub.
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of content across the website – from global content to local.
  • Working closely the creative agency, overseeing creative development for assigned campaigns.
  • Working closely with legal and regulatory to ensure all content is compliant.
  • Working closely with BI&A, but ultimately responsible for measurement, monitoring and optimisation to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with IT and Global web teams.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive better experiences across key audiences.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience of over 7+ years in consumer marketing on websites.
  • Ideally experience in FMCG, Personal Care or Retails industry or D2C focus
  • Proven project management experience and qualifications. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing analytics.
