We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Director
to join a world-leading global FMCG account team in London. This is a permanent role offering an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale, integrated campaigns for iconic brands across global, regional, and local markets.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have full ownership of assigned projects, overseeing all aspects from client briefing through to delivery. You will act as the central hub for multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, creatively, and commercially. You will manage resources, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring delivery excellence across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage integrated projects across global, regional, and local markets, ensuring successful delivery against scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Oversee the creation of toolkits and final assets for deployment in-market.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams including consultants, project managers, producers, account management, and creatives.
  • Identify potential delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project timing plans, coordinating input from multiple departments.
  • Drive efficiency across projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, process optimization, and high-quality creative output.
  • Act as a client-facing partner, participating in discussions around briefing, commercials, and deliverables.
  • Maintain professional standards across all documentation, scopes, costings, and presentations.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, sharing ideas and driving process optimization.
  • Be a positive, solutions-focused leader who fosters a collaborative and enjoyable working environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing global, integrated accounts with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
  • Comfortable leading commercial discussions around scoping, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain the bigger picture.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency with digital workflow tools and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Self-starter mentality with enthusiasm for change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
