About the role As a Company Physiotherapist you will join ENB's multidisciplinary Medical team, and focus on providing health care services in-house and on tour to ENB Dancers by:
  • Optimising and supporting their performance needs
  • Ensuring high quality rehabilitation
  • Supporting their ongoing wellbeing

Your main responsibilities as Company Physiotherapist
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment to all dancers and establish long-term rehabilitation pathways in conjunction with the artistic team
  • Maintain excellent and accurate statistical information to reflect the care provided and meet professional standards
  • Manage a caseload of dancers effectively and in an efficient way
  • Manage own learning and continuous professional development within the role, including any designated training, learning and development and professional memberships (HCPC and CSP)
  • Build relationships and collaborate with all members of medical and artistic teams, including dancers

Key Selection Criteria
  • Qualified at a BSc and/or postgraduate level in Physiotherapy / Sports Physiotherapy (or similar)
  • Sufficient post-qualification experience in Physiotherapy, ideally with some experience within elite sport or dance fields
  • Must either have or have the ability to gain membership of both Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a multidisciplinary medical team
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload in order to manage a varied task list and meet deadlines
  • Professional and confident manner with a high standard of customer care and responsiveness
