About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Analyst to join our client on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing the migration of ISDN lines to a new SIP environment across multiple suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of project delivery, business analysis, and telecoms technical knowledge, with the ability to manage complex migration processes effectively while building strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one and bring a high level of professionalism and telecoms expertise to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ISDN to SIP migration process across multiple suppliers.
  • Provide stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Apply a blend of project delivery and business analysis skills to support telecoms migration initiatives.
  • Work with telecoms infrastructure, including call centres, data centres, and telephony systems dependent on healthcare medical devices.
  • Ensure smooth and timely delivery while minimizing risk and disruption.

Experience Required:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of telecoms infrastructure and related technical knowledge.
  • Experience in ISDN line management and SIP migration across multiple suppliers.
  • Exposure to call centre and data centre operations, including telephony dependencies in healthcare environments.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of tasks from day one.
  • A balance of delivery experience and analytical skills without requiring heavy hands-on delivery experience.
