As an expert in the operational support systems (OSS) sector you will be at the forefront of the telecoms industry. You will create insightful original thought-leading content and reports that will be used by globally recognised businesses in their decision-making processes.You will be responsible for the delivery of content and will work with other programme leaders and analysts to ensure that these pieces are planned in line with our overall objectives.As a senior member of our team you will also take a significant role in helping our junior resource to develop their skills and progress their career.As lead of the service design and orchestration programme you will analyse the OSS vendor landscape (including their technology software and services) and track how tech trends and customer needs reshape the market. You will deliver vendor profiles case studies and trackers while working closely with related programmes.
