As a Concierge at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you'll be the trusted guide and thoughtful host for our guests - offering expert recommendations, seamless arrangements and warm, personalised service. Whether it's securing a last-minute table, arranging transport or sharing insider tips on London's hidden gems, you'll ensure every guest feels cared for and inspired throughout their stay.

You will
  • Create bespoke experiences for guests through expert local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
  • Assist with reservations, tickets, transportation and special requests
  • Maintain a welcoming, tidy and professional lobby and guest areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
  • Provide attentive, genuine and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards
  • Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Park guest vehicles safely and efficiently in designated hotel spaces
  • Use OPERA proficiently to manage guest information and preferences
  • Build relationships with VIP and repeat guests, tailoring service accordingly
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement
  • Liaise effectively with all departments, especially Rooms Division and Operations
  • Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed at all times
  • Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
  • Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
  • Perform errands and assist management as needed
  • Support stakeholders and respond to guest enquiries with professionalism
  • Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and guest satisfaction
What We're Looking For

You bring experience in a guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel or concierge setting. You're passionate about hospitality, deeply knowledgeable about London, and thrive on creating memorable moments for others. With a warm personality, sharp attention to detail and a genuine desire to help, you'll be a key part of our guests' journey from arrival to departure.
