Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we're turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn't good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you're excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We're not just shaping the future of legal tech — we're defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?As we accelerate our Legal Engineering organization, we're hiring a Field Enablement Manager to build the operational backbone that enables our legal engineers to execute with excellence. This is a foundational role: you'll turn strategy into repeatable programs, elevate cross-functional execution, and help define how Legal Engineering scales globally.
What You'll Do
Design and run certification-based programs spanning onboarding, everboarding, technical/AI fluency, legal workflows, and core product expertise.
Build processes that standardize how legal engineering contributes to product releases, customer delivery, and GTM strategy.
Work closely with Legal Engineering leadership to diagnose gaps, build repeatable systems, and drive measurable improvements in quality, velocity, and impact.
Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Growth Ops, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment across every program you run.
Create the frameworks, documentation, and workflows that scale how legal engineers intake work, run experiments, collaborate with product teams, and deliver structured feedback.
Build mechanisms that ensure legal engineers are consistently prepared for new product capabilities, AI research advancements, and rapidly evolving customer needs.
Drive High-Impact Moments
Lead program strategy and execution for product launches, internal technical summits, release cycles, and strategic customer initiatives.
Ensure the Legal Engineering team shows up with clarity, consistency, and technical excellence during key company milestones.
Who You Are5+ years of experience across legal roles—such as practicing attorney, legal operations, law firm innovation, legal tech, or similar positions where you've navigated complex legal workflows and translated them into scalable systems.
Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Programs, or GTM Ops at high-growth B2B SaaS. Quota-carrying sales experience is a strong plus.
A builder with strong systems-thinking: you know how to take ambiguity and transform it into structured, scalable programs.
Exceptional communicator with the executive presence to partner with senior leadership and the EQ to collaborate across legal, technical, and GTM teams.
Proven track record of designing programs that drive measurable outcomes and enable teams to operate at a higher level.
Bonus Points If…You've worked directly with AI/LLM-powered legal workflows or legal operations teams.
You've built certification-based technical or legal training that improved team performance.
You've scaled programs across multiple geographies or globally distributed teams.
Why Legora
Hypergrowth: You'll shape the systems that scale our Legal Engineering function during a period of rapid expansion.
Impact: Your work will directly influence product quality, AI accuracy, and customer outcomes.
Innovation: Partner with world-class AI researchers, engineers, and legal minds in a space undergoing massive transformation.
If you're excited to architect the programs that define how Legal Engineering scales—and to empower a team redefining the practice of law—we'd love to meet you.
