- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with learning difficulties.
- Assist students in managing their workload and organisation.
- Liaise with teachers to ensure appropriate support is in place.
- Help students build confidence and independence in their learning.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working with older students with learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A clear DBS check.
