We're seeking an experienced
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead full-cycle recruitment, drive AI-powered sourcing strategies, and partner with business leaders to hire top talent in a fast-growing environment. You will also mentor junior members of the team and support leadership to foster a culture of innovation, trust and transparency.

This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required 2/3 times per week.

What You'll Do

  • Led and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
  • Use tools to source, screen, and assess candidates
  • Optimise job board strategy and role visibility
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor
  • Lead interviews, assessments, and talent pipeline development
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement across the talent landscape

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in-house recruitment experience and managing the full life cycle
  • Strong experience of AI recruitment tools and ATS platforms
  • Proven success managing high-volume, and multi-function hiring
  • Experience with job boards, talent pipelines, and data-driven recruitment
  • Previous experience in strategic talent attraction methods and identifying new routes to market
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels up to C suite
  • Agile, resilient, and able to thrive in fast-changing environments across multiple dispciplines
