We're looking for caring and reliable Bank Support Workers to join our team — people who can step in to provide flexible support when needed and make a real difference to the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You'll work closely with a friendly and professional team to provide person-centred care and help residents enjoy life to the fullest.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
  • Encouraging independence and engagement in daily activities
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting residents with meals, mobility, and social interaction
  • Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with the team
  • Covering shifts flexibly including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

About You

We're looking for people with a caring nature, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting others.

You'll need to:

  • Be reliable, compassionate, and respectful
  • Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Be flexible with your availability for shifts
  • Have some experience in care
