Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and inviting
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide clerical support to other departments as needed
  • Utilise Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience preffered, with a preference for candidates with administrative experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work
