Crowbond Foodservice is a leading independent food distributor, supplying quality products to chefs, restaurants, and retailers across the South. We're passionate about food, people, and storytelling — and we're looking for a creative and self-driven videographer to help bring our brand and our partners to life through video.

The Role

We're seeking a talented Videographer & Editor who can work independently to plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for marketing and social media. You'll be responsible for capturing the energy of our business — from bustling warehouses and late-night deliveries to vibrant kitchens and customer stories.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own time and workflow, while also guiding colleagues and suppliers to get the perfect shot. The role involves both daytime and occasional night-time work to capture the true rhythm of our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality short videos for social media, website, and internal use.
  • Work independently to manage filming schedules, locations, and project timelines.
  • Direct and instruct team members or customers during shoots to achieve professional results.
  • Capture authentic footage across our operations — including night work, early mornings, and live environments.
  • Maintain and organise video assets for easy access and reuse.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
  • Ensure all videos align with the brand's tone, visual style, and messaging.

About You

  • Skilled in videography, lighting, and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • A creative eye for composition, colour, and storytelling.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident in giving direction to others during shoots.
  • Flexible and comfortable working outside standard hours when required.
  • A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and people.
  • Driving licence preferred (to access different shoot locations).
