As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand, we’re looking for someone with a strong background in shooting and editing content for influencers or DTC brands. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping GLAMRDiP’s presence across paid and organic channels, captivating our audience, and turning views into conversions.

**The Role**

As our **Filmmaker/Editor**, you will:

- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-performing video content tailored for paid and organic platforms, with a focus on **Meta** and **TikTok**.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce viral, scroll-stopping content that aligns with our brand identity and drives performance.
- Collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and the in-house team to craft compelling campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.
- Use data insights to refine and iterate on creative concepts, ensuring maximum engagement and conversions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly innovating and pushing boundaries in content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of content, including street-style videos, high-production creative and viral style videos for ads and social media.
- **Creative Strategy**: Develop ideas for viral content, leveraging data insights to optimise for performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our team, influencers, and external creators to bring creative visions to life.
- **Editing Excellence**: Deliver polished, platform-ready videos with an emphasis on pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks.
- **Innovation**: Experiment with new formats and styles to ensure GLAMRDiP remains ahead of the curve.

**About You**
- Have **3+ years of experience** in video shooting, editing and production, ideally for DTC brands or content creators / influencers.
- Must possess a proven track record of creating **viral, performance-driven content** on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
- Are skilled in scripting, shooting, and editing content that converts.
- Have a deep understanding of **platform-specific trends**, audience behaviour, and what drives engagement.
- Are proficient with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and comfortable with shooting equipment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bring a collaborative, proactive attitude and a passion for storytelling.

**Our Perks**
- Competitive salary**:£45,000 - £50,000** (depending on experience).
