T.M West Plumbing & Heating LTD is on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Domestic Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their professional team.

With over a century of industry expertise, we take pride in providing top-notch plumbing and heating services to residential & commercial clients in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair domestic gas-fired central heating systems, boilers, and appliances.

  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve heating and hot water issues to a high standard.

  • Complete landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) and ensure compliance with current regulations.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, meeting client needs during every visit.

  • Accurately document findings, completed work, and materials used through our electronic systems.

  • Follow all company, HSE, and industry best-practice standards.

  • Participate in emergency callout rota (1 week per month currently).

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience.

  • Current ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1, CKR1 etc.).

  • Commercial Gas Qualifications are a bonus.

  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.

  • Solid understanding of domestic heating systems, controls, and pipework layouts.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Strong commitment to quality, customer service, and health & safety.
