About the Role

Our client a high growth cosmetics/ beauty brand are now looking to recruit a highly creative and experienced Instagram & Content Manager to lead the content strategy and execution for their rapidly expanding beauty e-commerce brand's Instagram presence.

This is a critical role responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through compelling, on-trend visual storytelling. You will work closely with a supportive, dedicated team of 7 in their central Manchester office three

days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram Management: Fully own and manage the brand's primary Instagram profile, ensuring consistent, high-quality content output.

Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, edit, and direct engaging content, including photography, video (Reels/Stories), and graphics.

Trend Reactivity: Monitor social media trends in real-time, quickly adapting and implementing content that capitalizes on current viral moments and platform changes.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and report on major social media campaigns, aligning them with broader marketing and e-commerce goals.

Creative Direction: Maintain a strong, cohesive brand aesthetic and creative vision across all content.

Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, contributing ideas and best practices during in-office days.

Job Requirements

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field, preferably within the beauty /cosmetics

e-commerce sector.

Creative Excellence: A proven creative eye and exceptional attention to detail in visual output and copy.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive and cope effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Innovation: A demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop unique, differentiating content concepts.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools) for creating static and animated assets.

Campaign Expertise: Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing measurable social media campaigns.

Bonus: A preferable history or background in art and design is a distinct advantage.
