We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Administrator to join our team, delivering excellent service and helping maintain smooth accreditation processes.
Job Summary
The Customer Service & Administrator role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about supporting customers and ensuring operational efficiency. The role combines customer engagement, administrative responsibilities, and coordination of accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse customer needs to provide solutions and support business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing professional and timely support.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist with onboarding new customers, including signups, login issues, and navigation of content.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complaints or escalations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged.
- Gather and process customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Upsell products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide multilingual support if required.
Administrative Support
- Keep the Accreditation Directory up-to-date, ensuring all client information is accurate and current.
- Manage incoming emails, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect materials from training academies and communicate submissions to the team for smooth accreditation processing.
- Prepare and send accreditation packs and orders for training programmes and clients.
- Maintain internal spreadsheets and trackers (e.g., client status, feedback logs) accurately.
- Assist with compiling reports and presenting updates on customer service or administrative performance.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates fluent in or other languages are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
- Strong IT skills, comfortable with various software and online platforms.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Strong focus and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work.
