Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and analysing engagement metrics to optimise reach.
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling copy, graphics, and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Utilise WordPress to update website content regularly and ensure user-friendly navigation.
- Monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Analyse marketing data using Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Lead project management initiatives for marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential B2B opportunities.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and foster client relationships.
- Maintain organised records of all marketing activities, budgets, and schedules.
Skills
- Proven management skills with the ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
- Experience with WordPress website management.
- Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and analysis.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other sources.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms.
