NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER – VARIOUS SERVICES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37HRS, GRADE 2 N, £25,141, FTE
- Are you an enthusiastic, compassionate and dynamic individual?

- Are you looking for a role working nights where you can make a difference?
If so, we need you to help us support homeless adults in our 24-hour staffed city accommodation service.
You will provide support across various sites, maintain buildings and minimise risk to enable Service Users to live independently, whilst maintaining the accommodation of their choice.
No experience needed; we provide full training. Above all, we want your attitude, personal qualities, transferrable skills and willingness to be a part of our hard working and determined team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control access to the building at night and patrol in and outside the building and to carry out welfare checks on residents at night.
- To undertake house management tasks including reporting, following through maintenance requirements and health and safety requirements.
- Provide face to face & one to one, informal support, dealing with a wide range of individual needs.
- Respect the rights and responsibilities of Service Users.
- Deliver a service which maintains a safe environment and meets legal obligations around health and safety and lone working
- To ensure that Service Users and tenancies are safe and secure.
- To build skills and confidence of Service Users.
- Handover to Manager and day staff every morning.
- To understand and actively promote the Organisations values
- (Respond/Respect/Empower).
