Operations Associate

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong problem-solving skills who are familiar with the demands of working in a regulated environment to join our dynamic Operations teams. As an associate in operations, you will collaborate with your team to handle a variety of processes on our retail Investment Platform, including managing client queries, updating and verifying personal information, proactively communicating with custodians and advisor firms, and handling corporate actions. We offer excellent opportunities for experienced Financial Associates, as well as entry-level roles for those eager to begin their career in financial services.

• Execute a range of administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute actively in team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Gain cross-training across multiple functions to support different business areas.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of financial services platforms.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to deliver positive client outcomes.
• Research and apply logical problem-solving to resolve issues.
• Verify data for accuracy and precision.
• Identify exceptions and take corrective action to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.

• Recent graduate or equivalent, with 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English Language).
• Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Takes an active interest in team and business activities, offering support where possible.

You'll be based at the Benchmark Head Office, within our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.

We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station.
